This French transitional house was built on a narrow lot by Created by CASON Construction and designed by Purva while at RDDA. The biggest challenge was accommodating a functional floor plan on an extremely narrow lot. Even though it was a very challenging project, we were able to get an open floor plan and lots of natural light. The house encompasses four bedrooms with ensuite baths, media room, game room with a kitchen, a large master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and closet, and a large covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
