Located in Taiwan, the 22-story LEED Silver certified Win Sing Development in Xin Yi features rental apartments, condominiums and a triplex penthouse. Classically inspired, the granite-clad tower aligns with neighboring residential building along the road, and features pilasters, cornices, columns, loggias, and balconies. Reminescent of grand New York City apartments buildings from the early 20th century, the building features Italian gardens that are defined by an entry court, dwarf hedges, fountains, and a series of pools. Purva worked on the design of this tower while at RAMSA.
